LIX (Lesbian Information Exchange)
The Lesbian Information Xchange (LIX) is a community-based, not-for-profit network of lesbians in the Ottawa area who get together for business networking, social, and educational events. LIX began with monthly coffee meetings in the fall of 2005 and quickly grew into an organization which today offers dinner/speaker meetings, a monthly LIX e-newsletter, the LIX web site, film nights for lesbians, and a Proud Chicks Dance Party during Ottawa-Gatineau's yearly Pride Week festivities. Members also march proudly under the Lesbian Information Xchange (LIX) banner during the Pride Parade each summer.
Lesbian Outdoor Group
The Lesbian Outdoor Group (LOG) has a mission to enhance the quality of life for lesbians in the Ottawa Gatineau area. They provide a forum where members can meet, socialize and organize themselves for recreational and outdoor activities. Do you like to have fun? Be in the company of like-minded women? Participate in interesting activities? Well you have come to the right place. LOG provides a variety of fun and exciting activities that can be enjoyed by all.
Ottawa Out Golfing Group

The Ottawa Out Golfing Group (OOGG) is a friendly, recreational golf league for lesbian women, gay men, and bisexual and transgendered persons of all skills and abilities—beginner through to expert. The National-Capital-Region-based league plays golf weekdays and weekends at courses in and around Ottawa and Gatineau from mid-April through to the end of October.
