You don't have to be in real estate or lending a long time to realize that your business and life are interconnected. Naturally, your business can have a positive impact on your personal life, such as offering the potential to earn a significant income and the ability to work flexible hours. But our business also tends to be all-consuming, which can quickly rob agents and lenders of any life outside of work.
"Work by Referral. Live the Good Life! lays out a clearly lit path that is easy to follow yet is profound in depth and clarity." says Jim Rohn, America's foremost business philosopher. "Our referral systems provide a step-by-step blueprint for achieving both a successful business, and a balanced life," says Niego, "The thousands of success stories across the nation demonstrate that very clearly.
After several years of achievement and success, he started Buffini & Company™ to teach these systems to others. Today, thousands of Realtors®, lenders, and service professionals across the nation are implementing Buffini & Company Referral Systems™, and the outstanding training program, 100 Days to Greatness®. Growing at a rapid pace, Buffini & Company has become America's number-one real estate training and coaching company. As Buffini says, "A good coach is able to help get more out of you than you can get out of yourself. Everyone gets better with a good coach."
In 1992, Joe Niego met Brian Buffini and the two quickly became good friends. Together, they developed systems to proactively generate referred business. During this time, Niego wrote the famous Mayor Campaign dialog that is now used by tens of thousands of successful real estate professionals across the nation. In 1994, he started Niego Real Estate, which has grown to become remarkably successful. Using these referral methods, he has sold over 2,500 homes to date. Work by Referral. Live the Good Life! is hardly just a book about selling real estate, although no one-no one!-has a more systematic and proven way to do that than Brian Buffini and Joe Niego. It is also a book about how to live a deeply satisfying and meaningful life, and they're just as convincing about how to do that! -Tony Schwartz, President of The Energy Project, author of The Power of Full Engagement: Managing Energy Not Time A leader is someone who has a vision, a plan and leads by example. Brian Buffini is Chairman and Founder of Buffini & Company. Born and raised in Ireland, he immigrated to the United States in 1986 and entered the real estate business in San Diego. Rather than follow traditional lead-generation methods, however, Buffini developed a sophisticated framework to grow his business 100% by referral. This system, shaped over generations of the family business in Ireland, helped him forge strong relationships with clients. The ability to generate a predictable supply of high-quality, referred leads meant that his time was not spent advertising or prospecting, but was instead devoted to providing clients with first-class service. Buffini quickly became a multi-million dollar producer.
Joe Niego, as a neighborhood kid growing up on the South Side of Chicago, always had a love for hard work and helping people. Alongside his brothers, he was a star college basketball player and was the second draft choice of the NBA's Houston Rockets. Sports Illustrated, The New York Times and USA Today are just some of the publications that covered Niego's story and his career was the subject of a feature story with Connie Chung on NBC. At the end of his playing career, Niego put the same drive and determination into his real estate career and excelled in national real estate companies as a top producer.
